We want your online shopping to be secure, enjoyable and convenient. We are positive you will be delighted with your purchase. However, items may be returned within 14 days of receipt if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase. We regret that postage, packing and insurance are direct costs and cannot be refunded unless the item is damaged or faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We cannot accept Food, Medicine, Nappies or other personal hygiene items back for refund or exchange if the hygiene seals have been broken, in the case that you are unhappy with the quality of the product please contact us via email and we will advise on the best course of action.
