Shipping details:

We aim to deliver within 2 working days for orders placed before 12pm. 

Your order will be delivered between 8am and 9pm Monday to Friday, or Saturday 8am to 1pm. Unfortunately we cannot specify a time of day for your order to be delivered, and we are also unable to confirm whether your order will arrive in the morning or the afternoon.

When we despatch your order from our warehouse, we email you a Despatch Confirmation Email. Your order should reach you in complete and good condition. Please check your order before signing the delivery driver’s paperwork - please mark any missing or damaged items on the delivery driver’s paperwork.

Next day delivery orders must be placed before 12pm and will arrive before 1pm the following day.

We currently use the following carriers to deliver your orders: Fastway, DPD, DHL, TNT & Royal Mail 1st class.
